Our Growth Story
R&B Services started humbly with 5 employees in a modest office in Nagpur, Maharashtra, focusing on talent acquisition for the cement industry in Central India.
The team grew to 15+ employees with a proper office setup. Services expanded to cement and steel industries, along with additional sectors in Western India.
The team reached 25+ employees, supporting talent acquisition across the steel, power, cement, and mining industries on a pan-India level
A new office was opened in Mumbai. Services expanded to FMCG, FMCD, steel & power and cement sectors.
Built a strong pan-India client base, delivering reliable talent acquisition support for chemicals, fertilizers, renewable energy, building materials, real estate, electronics & communication, and agriculture sectors.
Also started providing freelancing and remote hiring support teams
50,000+ positions closed and counting across India through structured talent acquisition processes, handling roles from junior-level to senior and top management positions.
