1. Look for the competitor companies.

2. Sourcing relevant CVs from those companies from our databank &headhunting.

3. Initial screening.

4. Preliminary telephonic interview of candidates.

5. Checking the interest level of candidates at 5 levels (Checking candidates technical
    skills,communication skills &background check).

6. Forwarding CVs to theclients.

7. We follow all the above steps in very short span of time & try to send the CVs to the clients within 24 hours.

8. Arrange PI / TI / VC interview of candidates as per clients convenience .

9. Coordinating with candidates & clients till the position closed.
